To access certain features of Dvana, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate and complete information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or misused the App.
You are responsible for any content you submit, upload, or otherwise make available through Dvana.
You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its content, features, and functionality, are owned by Byering or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Dvana without our prior written consent.
Dvana is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Byering shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of Dvana.
You may stop using Dvana at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted within the App or on the page where these Terms are published.
